Our Business Class web hosting service is a suite of services that are designed to create a web presence for you. The service is based on our Content Management Software (CMS) solution. Your site can easily be kept up to date by different members of your organization using multiple userid's and passwords. We take care of all the technical details, you simply access your web site as you would any other web site. You use the online features of our CMS to make additions/changes without the need to wait for a webmaster.
Business Class hosting is intended to address more than just hosting a web site. The monthly fees cover hosting multiple sites for different lines of business should you need them. In addition, Business Class hosting customers receive priority support and response as well as reduced rates on consulting and creative services.
Fees for Business class hosting are in two parts. Setup, Consulting, and Creative fees are charged for the initial site set up. Depending on the options you choose and the amount of time needed to set up your site, the setup fees can range from several hundred to many thousands of dollars. For a low cost option see pre-fab sites. Monthly Hosting fees are charged for the on-going hosting and support of your site.
Site setup includes:
Working with you to decide what your overall layout should be, including navigation scheme, graphics, etc.
Site creation and setup (technical) including email, domain name registration, etc.
Initial deployment of your site on a temporary domain name if desired.
Training on how to use the system to easily create and maintain content yourself using only a browser.
Monthly Hosting includes:
Email - up to ten email accounts - with web based email client and management pages, authenticated
outbound SMTP and Spam filtering.
Hosting of your site on our secure/fault tolerant servers, with daily backups.
Telephone/email support by someone who understands not only the internet
related technical issues, but knows something about business as well.
Upgrades to server software including new templates and site functionality as it becomes available.
Servers are connected to the net via 100 megabit redundant fiber optic feed, and housed at a co-location facility with full generator backups.
Business hosting/support fees start at $60/month with Quarterly E-mail billing (in advance).
Additional Services
While our monthly services cover basic operation of your site(s) and a reasonable level of support for ANY internet questions or issues you have, it is likely that to fully "leverage the internet" you may need the following services at some point.
